SlotCore ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

The controller of personal information about business owners and users who sign up for the service is the operator of SlotCore, Israel. For information about the end customers of a business that uses SlotCore (such as name, phone number and appointments), that business is the controller of the database and we hold and process the information on its behalf only; requests about such information should go to the business first. You are under no legal obligation to give us information — providing it depends on your own free will and consent — but without the required details we cannot open an account or provide the service. We process personal information in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Service, including:

• Name and business name
• Email address
• Phone number, verified via SMS one-time password (OTP)
• Business address
• Payment information
• Business type and description

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Access times and referring website addresses
• Pages viewed and links clicked

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To verify your identity and phone number via SMS OTP during registration

We share limited personal information with the following service providers (sub-processors) to operate the Service. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies:

• SUMIT and UPay — payment processing, card clearing, and tax invoices/receipts for paid subscriptions (card details are entered on SUMIT's payment page and are not stored by us)
• Geoapify — business address autocomplete during registration
• Google Analytics — usage analytics (only after you accept analytics cookies)
• Our SMS/OTP delivery provider — phone number verification during registration
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploaded business logos and photos

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and prevent fraud
• In connection with a business transfer or merger
• With your consent

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
