Please read these terms carefully before using the service.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Provider identity
The service is operated by the operator of SlotCore, Israel. For any questions about these terms, contact us at support@slotcore.net.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are sold by the operator of SlotCore, Israel. Payments are processed by SUMIT, our billing and invoicing provider, and cleared by UPay, a licensed payment processor; SUMIT issues the tax invoice or receipt for every charge. Card details are entered on SUMIT's secure payment page and never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Free trial periods, where offered, do not require payment and convert to a paid subscription only if you actively select a paid plan.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@slotcore.net. Except as required by law, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded. If you are a "consumer" under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you keep the cancellation rights set by that law and by the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010 — including cancelling a distance sale within 14 days and cancelling an ongoing transaction at any time, effective within three business days of your notice — and nothing in these terms limits them. If the service is not provided to you after payment, you will receive your money back.
Service delivery
SlotCore is a digital service (software as a service) provided online only. No physical goods are shipped and there is no delivery. Access is activated immediately, usually within minutes, once registration and payment are complete, and is provided through the dashboard and the mobile apps. If the service is not activated after payment, we will fix it promptly, and if we cannot provide it you will receive a full refund of that payment.
Operator responsibility
the operator of SlotCore, Israel is responsible for operating the service, for its availability, for the content it displays, and for the actions it performs on its own behalf. The business is responsible for the content it enters (such as services, prices and appointments) and for the services it provides to its own customers. Questions about sales, service or billing can be sent to support@slotcore.net and we handle them without delay.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including unlawful or harmful activity.
Data and privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information under applicable law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Your business's customer data
Information your business enters or collects through the service about its own customers (such as name, phone number and appointments) belongs to the business. The business is the controller of that database; SlotCore holds and processes it on the business's behalf and on its instructions only, in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information, for giving your customers the notices the Privacy Protection Law requires, and for using the information only for the purpose it was given.
Messages to customers and marketing
The service lets a business send its customers service messages (such as booking confirmations and reminders) and other messages. Advertising messages may be sent only in line with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Bezeq and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982: only to recipients who gave explicit prior consent, marked as an advertisement, identifying the sender, and with a simple way to unsubscribe. The business alone is responsible for the content and lawfulness of messages sent on its behalf and will indemnify SlotCore for any claim arising from a breach of this duty.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or causes outside our control.
Intellectual property
All rights in the service, the software, the design, the SlotCore name and its trademarks belong to the operator. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for the subscription period. Content a business uploads (logo, images, services and prices) remains the business's property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlotCore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and in any case its total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. The service is provided "AS IS". SlotCore is not a party to the engagement between a business and its customers and is not responsible for the services a business provides.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; see our Delete Account page for details on data handling after account closure.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms with notice, and continued use indicates acceptance.
